Stachlburg Alto Adige Blauburgunder Bio 2018

Raised on the slopes of Val Venosta, it contains all the beautiful warm days of autumn. The Pinot Noir of Stachlburg
it is full-bodied but also elegant, with flavors and ripe aromas; its delicate acidity leads it to be an aged for several years.

Garnet ruby.

A dense and variegated olfactory fan, with incipit tobacco, leather, cocoa and cedar wood, with fruity embroidery of strawberries in jam and black cherry, with a touch of verbena.

Sip of lively freshness and fine tannic texture, well balanced by caloric endowment. Long and satisfying finish.

Excellent combined with game and roast beef.
