土地的组成 Clayey, calcareous, composed of bluish-grey marls and deep compact grey sands from the Helvetian period.
系统 Espalier with Guyot pruning.

酿造 Grapes are destemmed and crushed, with the fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with long submerged-cap maceration for 4 to 7 weeks, depending on the vintage. Natural malolactic fermentation occurs at a temperature of 20°C. Final storage in stainless steel between 2 and 4 months.
陈年 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels with the following refinement between 4-6 months in stainless steel and minimum of six months in the bottle.
