生产技术	Selection of the best grapes harvested slightly beyond average ripeness exclusively from old vines.
酿造	The whole grapes are gently pressed. The must is then decanted at low temperature and left to ferment in French oak barriques and tonneaux, half new and half of the second passage.
陈年	8 months with frequent bâtonnage, followed by blending for 10 months in stainless steel tanks maintaining contact with the noble lees. Final refining in the bottle for 3 months.
