The Campania Falanghina by San Salvatore comes from vineyards organically cultivated in the town of Stio in the province of Salerno. It is produced solely from Falanghina grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Then, the wine ages in the same containers for about 8 months before being bottled.

The nose opens with clear floral hints of broom, enriched with delicate notes of green apple and pear.

The palate is ample and tasty, almost salty, with a pleasant persistence.
