San Felice Perolla Rosso
This red wine is made chiefly from merlot, with lesser proportions of ciliegiolo, cabernet sauvignon and sangiovese. Fermented in steel, with short maceration periods, and bottled in the first spring after harvesting. A delightfully quaffable young wine, full of aromatic freshness.
