A ruby red of good intensity tending towards garnet. Elegant in aroma with raspberries, roses and liquorice notes, full and balanced in flavour with a long aftertaste. The Nebbiolo Occhetti is a round and elegant wine perfect with meals.

土地的组成	Sandy soils of little depth stratified with layers of gravel and of clayey sands.
收成	Between the 1st and 5th of October.
发酵温度	29 °C
酿造	Once in the wine factory, the grapes are destemmed and pressed and the skin contact lasts ten days at a maximum temperature of 29°C. The malolactic fermentation terminates before winter.
陈年	Ageing takes place for 12 months partly in 70-hectoliter oak casks and partly in third-passage barriques. The wine is aged for further four months in the bottle before marketing.

Alfredo Prunotto一个著名的葡萄酒制造商谁工作了的时候最负盛名的酿酒厂，接管了1923年，Cantina的SOCIALE“VINI阿尔朗格”（朗格地区合作的葡萄酒）成立于阿尔巴于1904年的，之后第一第一次世界大战，跌倒了困难时期。由于阿尔弗雷多和他的妻子的极大热情，在Prunotto酒厂很快名声大振，在世界各地出口的葡萄酒。 1956年Prunotto从企业退休，本公司所售酒机和朋友的Beppe科拉谁，连同卡罗Filiberti后来又与弟弟蒂诺科拉，在管理与阿尔弗雷多的同样的爱酒...
