收成 In early September with Arneis and Moscato grapes, continuing with Dolcetto and Barbera and ending on 30rd of September with Nebbiolo.

发酵期 About 15 days.
酿造 Grapes are selected in the vineyard, destemmed and crushed. Maceration lasts about 15 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Malolactic fermentation is completed before winter.
陈年 At least 12 months in oak barrels of different capacities, followed by further bottle ageing in the company's cellars before marketing.

Alfredo Prunotto一个著名的葡萄酒制造商谁工作了的时候最负盛名的酿酒厂，接管了1923年，Cantina的SOCIALE“VINI阿尔朗格”（朗格地区合作的葡萄酒）成立于阿尔巴于1904年的，之后第一第一次世界大战，跌倒了困难时期。由于阿尔弗雷多和他的妻子的极大热情，在Prunotto酒厂很快名声大振，在世界各地出口的葡萄酒。 1956年Prunotto从企业退休，本公司所售酒机和朋友的Beppe科拉谁，连同卡罗Filiberti后来又与弟弟蒂诺科拉，在管理与阿尔弗雷多的同样的爱酒...
