The terroir of Bolgheri, its proximity to the sea, and the particularly luminous conditions decidedly favourable to Cabernet Franc contribute to the birth of a great wine. In this microclimate, the vine, vinified in purity, enhances its spicy notes and acquires elegance and depth. The name of the wine is a symbol of the love that vine grower Walter Allegrini bore to this land.

It invests the nose with elegant scents of cassis and damask rose, blackberries in jam and eucalyptus, sniffing tobacco, jujubes, sea bush and precious vegetal notes.

An astonishing wine with an imposing structure with softness and tension. A powerful yet agile on the palate.

Particularly suited for juicy, well-seasoned meat such as quail, lamb, pigeon, duck, hare and braised meats with red wine sauces. Perfect to accompany premium, full-flavoured cheeses.
