Pio Cesare Barbera d'Alba Superiore Fides Vigna Mosconi 2021

Since 2017 vintage exclusively from a small selection of Barbera grapes coming from the oldest vines of our Family-owned Mosconi vineyard in Monforte d’Alba. “Fides”, or “faith” in Latin, continues to represent the great longtime faith of our Family in the Barbera grapes planted and grown in very prestigious areas. Since the 2017 vintage Fides has been enriched by “Vigna Mosconi” and “Barbera d’Alba Superiore” appellations.

颜色

Ruby with shiny purple reflections.

香气/花束

Elegant scents of small berries, noble spices, pink pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, juniper, rosemary in bloom, undergrowth. Irruent and decisive, agile, it has a unitary structure.

味道

It has a balsamic and sapid side of great charm. The rhythm of the olfactory taste development takes place in the mentholated finish.
