The Moulin à Vent is called King of Beaujolais. This is the Cru with the longest cellaring potential and which is closest to its Burgundian neighbours. As it ages, it is sometimes said to “pinote”.

Deep ruby red with crimson hues.

Intense with red fruit aromas including raspberry, cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant, with hints of violet and iris.

味道

Refined with a full rounded and fleshy juicy fruit attack. Mellow, creamy tannins give a suave, velvety texture.

Pairing

All meats and poultry. It is a great partner for mushroom or aged Saint Marcelin cheese dishes.
