	Perlage Fine perlage.
	颜色 Bright golden yellow.
	香气/花束 Amazing aromas of fresh pastries, panettone and vanilla. Followed by candied citrus fruits, yellow flowers in particular the spring mimosa. Some notes of black locust honey and marine notes enrich the overall view with particular aromas.
	味道 Rich and creamy, yet at the same time with excellent hardness, which preserve and enhance its drinkability and pleasantness. A note goes to the very fine perception of carbon. Right among the great champagnes. Among those that leave an indelible memory in the memory.

Pairing

It goes well with fish or shellfish dishes. Divine with a Catalan lobster. Also excellent as an aperitif.
