Paladin Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry 2022

The 'Prosecco Millesimato Paladin' is the result of an accurate selection of grapes from vineyards of its historical production area. Prosecco has been present in this area for at least two centuries, and, for some historians, its origin dates back to the times of the Roman Empire.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	颜色 Bright, straw yellow.
	香气/花束 The scent is distinctly fruity and remembers apple and pear, with a delicate hint of citrus fruit that blends in with the floral notes.
	味道 An elegant wine with a defined flavour. Tasty and persistent, pleasantly lively and light in every glass due to the moderate alcohol content.

Pairing

An excellent wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif. It pairs well with fish starters e fish risotto. It is also ideal as a wine to be enjoyed by itself.
