Location	Villages of Uclanzi and Bivio, Town of San Floriano del Collio (Gorizia).
土地的组成	Hilly, consisting of stratified marls and sandstones of Eocene origin rich in potassium.

收成	By hand, by the third decade of September.
酿造	Destemming and skin maceration of the three types of grapes for 12 hours at a temperature of 10 °C. Soft pressing and cleaning by static settling of the must obtained. Alcoholic fermentation in oak tonneaux for 8-10 days.
陈年	From the end of fermentation, ageing on the noble lees in oak tonneaux with continuous bâtonnage until bottling. This is followed by 12 months of bottle ageing before marketing.
