Proud as Sardinia, intriguing as its territory and its land of a thousand scents. An ancient Myth with modern spirit. Smooth, well balanced and elegant, spicy and fruity. Nau is the perfect companion to flavourful dishes including oily fish and spicy food.

酿造 Maceration on the skins with selected yeasts for about 8/10 days at controlled temperature. After the maceration fermentation continues in stainless steel vats.
