Inside this bottle you will find Romagna unexpected shades: an authentic and genuine tale like its homeland, heated by Garbino warm current, that crosses its fields, fertilizing and cooperating in giving life to lush bunches, raw material of its wine. Garbino or the wind that blows from the inland is synonymous with Libeccio for Adriatic coast people. Enjoy a glass of it is equivalent to take an emotional trip, inside beauty and history of this territory.

It opens gradually, revealing cherry and blackberry notes.

味道

Strong and flowing beginning, revealing crunchiness of cherry pulp. Dinstinct and well integrated tannins, long persistence of fruity scent.

收成 Grapes are hand-harvested at the end of September.
发酵温度 Around 29 °C.
生产技术 Production is very limited, looking for quality. This objective is obtained thanks to an appropriate winter pruning, followed by a manual thinning of grapes in the month of August.
酿造 Fermentation is done in steel tanks, using vineyard native yeasts, at a temperature of around 29 °C, whose duration is driven by total transformation of sugars.
陈年 The wine is aged in steel tanks. First transfer is usually made after malolactic fermentation, favored by the low sulphites content. No mechanical filtration is done, but before bottling, preserving wine structural integrity. Obtained wine can be defined a full-fledged “Integral” wine.
