The Mosel Riesling Trocken is a fundamental wine to the Dr. Loosen company because it represents the introduction to the Mosel wine region. Brilliant and juicy, with a fresh, mineral style, the Mosel Riesling Trocken appeals to us because it fully captures the elegant and bold essence of Mosel wines, produced under heroic conditions due to the particular slope of the vineyards and the difficult slate soil.

The nose has intense fruity aromas, apple and peach, followed by vegetable aromas and an excellent mineral vein.

味道

Fresh and tasty, the intense fruit note returns in the mouth to the long, spicy finish.

Pairing

It pairs well with smoked salmon canapés, sweet and savoury waffles, and eggs in hollandaise sauce. It is also ideal as an apéritif, but can also enhance Asian dishes such as Noodles or Spring Rolls, especially if lightly spiced.
