The ancient ice-house excavated in the Villa Angarano courtyard still exists. A rosé sparkling wine made according to the Long Charmar Method with a persistence on the lees that makes it unique. It should be drunk ice-cold and chill to enhance the bubbles.

Pairing

Excellent as an aperitif, with summer and fish dishes. It also pairs with the typical "Sarde in saor", fried sardines with sweet and sour onions and sultanas.
