Le Colture Rosé Prosecco Brut Millesimato 2022

This sparkling wine, produced by the long version of the Charmat Method, is a blend of Merlot and Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards in the Montello area.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	颜色 Bright pink.
	香气/花束 It has a good intensity on the nose, featuring small red berry perfumes accompanied by floral notes of rose, bread crust and leaven flavours.
	味道 The taste is fresh, the foam is creamy with a good acidity, savoury on the palate, easy and pleasant to drink, leaving a dry and persistent aftertaste.

Pairing

It is recommended as an aperitif or to be matched with various dishes, starting from first courses, grilled vegetables, white meats or fish dishes.

收成	After the harvest that takes place in October, the Merlot grapes are left by a gentle pressing in contact with their skins for a short time.
酿造	As soon as the desired colour is reached, the juice released from the skins is subjected to a partial fermentation in steel vats under controlled temperature at 18° C. The partial fermentation takes place when the must’s high sugar degree results in a more elegant and delicate wine thanks to it being thinned out.
陈年	The cuvee is prepared with some Chardonnay wine (70%) for the second fermentation with Charmat method in closed steel vats for approximately 3 months.
