I Veroni Chianti Rufina Biologico 2013
Historic label with which I Veroni are now highly recognizable in the best European restaurants.
This is a very traditional wine produced with a base (90%) of Sangiovese with a bit of Colorino and Canaiolo, very useful to enhance the quality our Sangiovese. Grapes are all Biological; the content of sulphites is very very low, reflecting the authenticity of the product and the manufacturer.

Ruby red with purple tones, clear yet bright, moves smoothly in the glass.

Intense and rich yet fine with red berries and ripe red fruits aromas.

味道

Medium body, dry with balanced tannins, harmonic and persistent in the palate.

Pairing

Thanks to its structure the wine goes is a perfect companion for typical Tuscan red meat dishes, game and poultry even stewed.

Location Vineyards located near the vineyard of Pianottolo in the surrounding areas of San Martino a Quona’s church in the Chianti Rufina area. Altitude: around 250 meters a.s.l. Exposure: south, south-west .
酿造 Fermentation with the skins for approximately 15 days.
陈年 About one year maturation in French oak casks of 32 and 25 hl (10% of which goes in French oak barrels of 5hl capacity); 8 months fining in the bottle.
