| 酿造 |
After pressing, the must is decanted for a few hours, then fermented in temperature-controlled barrels or vats between 18 and 24°C. The wine is racked just once, before natural clarification during the winter. The following spring, the wine is lightly filtered just before bottling, and the bottles are then aged in the company's cellars before being put on the market. |

Fish, grilled, pan-fried or in sauce, mullet, turbot, lobster, crab. It also pairs with cheeses like Comté, Reblochon, and Fourme d'Ambert, or with dishes flavoured with oriental and Indian spices. |
