The bouquet is intense and broad, with elegant floral sensations of red roses and dried violets, dry hay, subtle hints of sour cherries in alcohol, mentholated and balsamic notes, traces of minerals, spicy hints of liquorice, blond tobacco and carob, finishing with notes of star anise.

味道

The taste approach is very elegant and soft, with velvety tannins, perfect freshness and a delicate savoury note that make the wine balanced, giving it a very long finish with consistent returns that redraw the olfactory picture.
