历史	Its name derives from the word "somarello" (donkey) in the Apulian dialect. This name stands for the plant's high productivity loaded with bunches "like a donkey". Only after the first 10 years of life do the vines drop in production and the grapes give life to structured wines rich in aromas.
Location	Apulia.

酿造	Grapes are destemmed and crushed with long maceration of the grapes in contact with the skins for 15 days. It then follows fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 25°C.
陈年	In stainless steel. During ageing, the wine is micro-oxygenated and subjected to numerous analytical controls to ensure its integrity.
