This variability, which Nerello Mascalese manages to interpret in an astonishing and chameleon-like manner, never ceases to amaze and thrill us. It stimulates us all the more to make wines which are true to and expressive of their real nature.

Typical olfactory profile designed by intense smoky mineral traits that envelop the varietal expression of medlar and fresh almond, cedar and wild fennel, broom and wheat flowers.

味道

The intense fresh and tasty progression, refined by the glyceric notes, makes a dynamic drinkability. The persistence is very long, full of coherent varietal and mineral returns.
