气候	Altitude: 500 m. a.s.l.
土地的组成	Clayey, limestone, gravel. These features give this wine a unique character.
收成	By hand, with small containers.
酿造	After a short maceration and whole cluster crushing, the must is racked by natural sedimentation. Fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats.
陈年	On the lees for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels without malolactic fermentation.
