酿造 Soft crushing and destemming. Fermentation in steel tanks at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Long maceration on the skins is favoured as it is only produced in the best vintages.
陈年 It spends 12 to 15 months in French Barriques and Tonneaux - 50% new and 50% of the second and third year. Following light filtration, the wine rests in the bottle for 2 years before being marketed.
