	Perlage Fine, elegant and persistent.
	颜色 Deep straw yellow with bright reflections.
	香气/花束 Intense, characterised by a fine, delicate minerality, skilfully accompanied by notes of bread crust, candied fruit and pleasant nuances of vanilla. Citrus notes of cedar and mandarin peel lend complexity and balance.
	味道 Vibrant and extremely fresh, moving into citrus notes of yellow grapefruit and mandarin. The taste profile reveals minerality as a common thread in combination with an agile and structured body which gives a rich and satisfying flavour. The finish is long and tasty.

Pairing

Ideal as an apéritif wine. It accompanies sushi preparations with freshwater fish, medium-aged soft cheeses and fish-based main courses.

Location	The hills in the North East of Verona, in the Lessini Mountains area.

收成	By hand, with crates in late August. The crates are then placed in the cold cellar, cooling the grapes before pressing.
酿造	Soft pressing at 10-12 °C. The first fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks at around 15-18°C. The second fermentation with its yeasts occurs in May.
陈年	On its yeasts in the bottle, not less than 48 months. Remuage sûr pupitres occurs once maturation is complete: the bottles are rotated by hand every day for about 30 days, after which disgorgement is carried out.
