Fernand Thill Champagne Grand Cru Brut Millesime 2015

This champagne comes from chardonnay grapes and pinot black of Grand Cru vineyards in Verzy. It follows a long refinement in the cellar. The Champagne Millésime Grand Cru by Fernand Thill gives a perfect balance between the cherry and cherry finish of the pinot black.

On the nose, aromas of white flowers and dried fruits, with notes of small pastries, bread, ground coffee.

Tense mouth, develops with fresh freshness and balance, inviting pleasant floral and fruity hints. Great fineness and harmony.

Great for all meals, it goes well with sausage chopsticks and second courses of white meat, poultry, pork and rabbit.
