Envinate Benje Tinto 2017

This is the 3rd bottling of Envinate's "Benje" Tinto. The vines are old gnarly, growing untrained high up in the mountains, as opposed to the more coastal influenced Taganans. Mountains and volcanoes form the core framework of the wine, giving it high, snappy acid and a wonderfully deep mineral tone.
