This wine comes from a single 30-year-old vineyard that is divided into 3 parcels at 800 meters in elevation in the Almansa region, around the town of Albacete.

酿造 All grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately by parcel. The Garnacha Tintorera is foot-trodden in a vat with 30-50% stems included and 6-10 days of skin maceration, then fermented and raised on fine lees in concrete for 8 months. The Moravia Agria is completely destemmed and undergoes 7 days of maceration before being pressed and raised on fine lees in 228-litre used French barriques for 8 months, all without bâtonnage.
陈年 The wine is then blended and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with very little SO2 addition.
