Ellevin Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin 2016

As long as they can retrace their family history, the Ellevin family have always been making wine. In 1975, Jean-Pierre Ellevin and his wife began to develop the Domaine and focus on quality. The winery consists of 16 hectares, only Chardonnay, producing in particular top Chablis and Chablis 1er Cru.
