Duca di Salaparuta Triskele 2017
Made from grapes cultivated in the Suor Marchesa Estate, Triskelè is a refined blend of two highly different but complementary varieties, Nero d’Avola and Merlot. A harmonic blend that engenders a red with an assertive personality, elegant and enduring, perfectly expressing the terroir it comes from.

Complex, intense and spicy, with clear sensations of morello cherry and vanilla.

气候 Altitude: 290-340 m. a.s.l. Mild winters with cool springs, hot and very dry summers and autumns.

收成 By hand, at perfect ripeness from mid-September to early October depending on variety.
酿造 Traditional, separate destemming and maceration for eight to twelve days at 28 - 30°C. Blending of wines once malolactic fermentation ended.
陈年 For at least 10-12 months in very fine-grained oak barriques. After bottling, the wine rests 10 -12 months in temperature-controlled cellars to develop the bouquet.
