The harvest of the grapes took place between 16 and 18 September strictly by hand. |

The grapes, once transported to the cellar, were subjected to soft pressing in round grains. The must obtained was cold settled for 24 hours. Then the fermentation took place in steel barrels at a controlled temperature, kept constant between 18 and 20 °C, for a duration of about 2 weeks. |

On its own yeasts for 6 months during which frequent "battonage" are performed. |
