Location	Chablis.
土地的组成	Kimmeridgian. Limestone and clay, over marl with oyster fossils.
酿造	No added yeast, long fermentation using indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled vats. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Blending in tanks at the end of vinification.
陈年	On fine lees, only in stainless steel tanks for at least 6-8 months. Ageing with bentonite if necessary. A light filtration is carried out before bottling.
