Domaine J. Laurens Crémant de Limoux La Rose N° 7 Rosé Brut

Since 2003, winegrowers from Limoux have the possibility to elaborate cremant with Pinot Noir in AOC, so we decide to produce our first Crémant rosé, from the harvest of 2007.

	Perlage The bubbles are delicate.
	颜色 Subtle cherry.
	香气/花束 Nice greedy raspberry nose.
	味道 On the palate, red fruits are lightly present and Pinot noir brings all the fullness. The style is fresh, and vigorous.

Pairing

Rose N° 7 is perfect for an aperitif or to be served with pink meals like smoked salmon, shrimps salad. It accompany also desserts or ice-cream made with red fruits.
