Crimson, deep ruby with tending to purple with ageing.

香气/花束

On the nose, the bouquet opens with small red and black fruits of strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant and blueberry, followed by cooked plums with spicy, animal, woody, musky and mushroomy touches.

味道

Very lively in the mouth, structured, supple and rounded. Volume, fullness, in a word: full-bodied. Elegant and fine personality, fluid and a light structure in the mouth.

Pairing

It pairs well with fine French cuisine, such as Game terrine, roast duck, duck fillet, roast veal in a crust, rib-eye steak, boeuf bourguignon, Epoisses, Livarot, and Pont l'Evêque.
