This Prosecco Millesimato is produced from an innovative method of vinification. The must is chilled to 0°C followed by a single fermentation at 15°C, exalting and maintaining its precious typical fruity aroma with golden apple notes.

Location	Colvendrame Estate, on the hills of Refrontolo, between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene (Treviso). This is the Prosecco DOCG area, UNESCO world-heritage.
气候	Altitude: 200-350 m. a.s.l. Mild. There are wide changes in temperature between day and night ideal for preserving the aroma and the acidity of the grapes.
土地的组成	Medium-textured with good clay and limestone content. The content of tuff characterises and typifies the wine.

收成	By hand, in mid-September with crates.
