酿造	The grapes are macerated for 6-8 hours to extract the right amount of colour and aromatic notes typical of Negroamaro from the skins. The must is fermented at 10-12°C in stainless steel tanks.
陈年	Ageing in stainless steel tanks for about 3-4 months.
Sulphites	Contains sulphites
