Corte Pavone Loacker Brunello di Montalcino 2017

The name Brunello finds its origins in the way wine is made by the inhabitants of Montalcino, the Ilcinesi. The intensity of the wine's brown colour seems to explain the etymology of the name Brunello.

Brilliant ruby red.

On the nose aromas of eucalyptus, liquorice, raspberry and black pepper.

味道

Well integrated tannins with nice acidity. An extremely juicy Brunello. Good for all occasions, with excellent longevity.

Pairing

Traditionally paired with meat dishes, with the classic 'Bistecca alla Fiorentina' and game dishes. Excellent with mature cheeses.
