Refined perfumed baggage in the floral (magnolia and bindweed, not even a chardonnay), very expressive chalky, recall of small berries (white currant).

味道

Very thin taste impact, with CO2 that rises on the papillae without sculpting its hardness, it is impalpable to the volume, fresh enough to let all the mineral out, for an extraordinarily clean and elegant final effect.

My family has owned vineyards in Ville-sur-Arce for 5 generations so it was quite natural that I should take over the family business. In 2006 I decided to start my own champagne house : Champagne Coessens.
