Very intense ruby red.

The nose is very expressive with notes of black fruits (blackberries, raspberries). The finish is very spicy.

Initially very fresh, has a superb minerality and silky tannins. Very persistent in the mouth with a fine tannic structure and tonic.

Ideal with beef, spicy dishes and truffles, tasty cheeses.
