The nose offers sweet and delicate scents of candied citrus, white flowers and toasted hazelnut, enriched by a pleasant mineral trace that crosses the nose and the palate.

味道

Rich and concentrated, decidedly fresh and savory, with an almost sweet and sour taste, but always elegant and harmonious in the mouth. It offers a drink of great persistence and personality.

Pairing

To try with white meats and poultry in sauce, second courses of grilled fish and crustaceans, Catalan lobster and prawns with salt. Also excellent with classic French blue cheeses.
