收成	Destemming and crushing of the grapes, cold maceration with the skins for a few hours in horizontal presses and subsequent pressing.
酿造	Vinification in white with fermentation and frothing in autoclave up to an overpressure of 4.5 bar at controlled temperature and permanence on the yeasts for about 180 days.
陈年	At the end of the process, stabilisation, microfiltration and subsequent bottling take place. Maturation in the bottle for a few months.
