This wine is made of grapes from the company's vineyards located in Gaville (Florence) and Chianciano/Montepulciano (Siena), a very suitable terroir to produce this wine from which great wines come from.

酿造 Fermentation in separate vats according to the origin of the grapes, with skin maceration of 10 and 15 days between 25° and 29°C.
陈年 In spring, after malolactic fermentation, the wine is placed in small oak barrels where it remains until the following January, the month in which it is removed from the barrels and bottled. It must then rest for no less than 8 months in a temperature-controlled environment before being put on the market.
