Cantina Valle Isarco Isaras Brut

The base wine of Isaras Brut is produced from two typical Eisack Valley grape varieties: Müller Thurgau and Sylvaner. The Charmat method is used for the second fermentation; hence the primary aromas and the freshness can be preserved.

	Perlage Fine and persistent perlage.
	颜色 Light straw yellow.
	香气/花束 Fruity-floral with scents of lime, white peach and elderflower.
	味道 Dry with fresh and vivacious acidity, pleasant aromatic notes, fruity and mineral finish.

Pairing

Ideal aperitif, but it can also be combined with light starters or matched creatively with food.
