Notes of ripe dark fruit such as cherry, cassis and blueberry are accompanied by tobacco and herbs.

Harmonious and balanced with sweet, silky tannins, perfectly integrated with good acidity. Fresh dark fruit binds to a light spiciness with a long and pleasant finish.

Location Castagneto Carducci (Livorno).
收成 By hand, with 12-kg crates, separate picking by variety and vineyard. It began in early September and ended in late September for the later variety, Cabernet Sauvignon.
酿造 The grapes were selected first in the vineyard and then in the winery before destemming. The grapes were then placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, where alcoholic fermentation began, lasting two weeks.
陈年 After 18 months of ageingin barriques, the individual batches were blended and the wine was aged for a further 6 months in the bottle.
