	Perlage Cordon of fine bubbles.
	颜色 Bronze tones combined with the intense depth of a great red wine.
	香气/花束 Hints of redcurrant, cherry and wild strawberry with a touch of spice, not unlike Special Cuvée.
	味道 A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, with a tannic finish due to the addition of red wine. Flavours of wild berries.

Pairing
