Billecart Salmon Champagne Cuvée Nicolas Francois Brut 2007

This cuvée Prestige, created in 1964 as a tribute to the founder of the House, is a blend of grand crus from the communes of the Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir) and the Côte des Blancs (Chardonnay).

颜色

A beautiful shimmering golden yellow colour dressed in luminous golden highlights.

香气/花束

Delicate malty notes associated with the fragrances of the orchard (white peach, nectarine and Lorraine mirabelle plums) and refined by the purity of the complex aromas of mandarin peel.

味道

A balanced tension controlled by the development of the wine (stone fruits and seeds, citrus fruits and warm madeleine) and represented by noble and resinous flavours (spruce and Houlle juniper).

Pairing

It enhances the flavour of an excellent roast Bresse chicken or a delicious veal chop.
