生产技术	The production, which is quite reduced after the winter pruning, is furtherly decreased in August after we have done a manual pruning in order to enhance the grapes quality.
酿造	Fermentation is made in special wine steel tanks, with no selected yeasts, at about 28 °C temperatures for 14 days.
陈年	Afterwards, there is the malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, without any bacterial inoculation.
