酿造	White vinification. Depending on ripeness, a short resting period and targeted maceration take place after destemming. This must is then pressed and the must is racked for one day into stainless steel tanks for natural preliminary clarification. The must is then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
陈年	After fermentation, the Pinot Bianco is matured on the fine lees for about 6 months to ensure full extraction of the aromas and harmonious development.
