Belisario Vigneti B. Verdicchio di Matelica 2018

A few thousand bottles for lovers of prestigious wines. Produced only with Verdicchio di Matelica clone grapes, harvested from biological vineyards. Vinified with the complex hyperoxygenation technique, thus in complete absence of sulphur dioxide, it matures at least until April. This Verdicchio is complex in both aroma and taste. It is strange, soft, round, structured, persistent, amazingly pleasant, luscious.

A characteristic aromatic range that opens with plums and peaches, artemisia flowers and leaves, medicinal herbs, cereals and a rich mineral vein.

The exuberant freshness makes the drink agile that gives a long, savoury finish and rich in fruity returns.

Excellent when served as a distinguished aperitif, with hot appetizers, elaborate main courses, or fish.
